    Once work is finished and accepted, no refunds will be issued. We stand behind our workmanship; if any concerns arise during the project, please notify us immediately so we can address them before completion.

  3. Payment Due Upon Completion


    The balance of your project invoice is due upon completion of the work. Payments should be made to Raptor Landscaping in accordance with the payment terms specified in your estimate and proposal.
